Brampton TV and Appliances

I heard that Brampton Appliance store is giving discount offer of 25% off all Bosch appliance, when I called in store Shreya was the sales lady answered said yes thats correct all Bosch appliance are 25 % off only for this week. I visited the store to look for appliance they never had any Bosch appliance there and Shreya forced us to see online and book the package as it was 25% off so we trusted her and booked the package and paid $1300 without even looking the appliances but when I came home checked the prices for the appliances on Bosch website I found out they actually charged us the same price as its on the website and there was no discount and called her she said the models you have selected has no discounts on those one, I was like cancel my order and get the refund for my money she said wait I will check with my manager and let you know by Monday, she did it for 2-3 weeks same thing I will check with my manager and Bosch to get you Boxing week deal and so on and later she was like the price she offered she can't change. I asked for the refund if she can't give 25%off which she promised all the time then refund our money. she said we don't do refund its not a grocery store and we don't do free consultation and then she blocked my phone number that was really rude. we never got our money back from these people. They mislead people. I was highly disappointed with her behavior. Don't waste your time and money by going to Brampton Appliances. They yell on radio like hell for discounts that doesn't even when you actually give the deposit for any of your orders.
