Dominik and his crew came by on time and worked around with other contractors I had on site (poor scheduling on my part) and was very accommodating in working with them so they did not get in each others way. Out of all the dozens of quotes I got he was the one who had the (pun intended) fairest price! It was also by coincidence that my neighbour also decided to use him AND my friend even said "wait don't go with anyone yet, hear my guy out first" and it turned out it was fair and square as well being recommended by my friend!
His crew was also extremely courteous and friendly as well, my cat got outside and I was worried that she'd get hurt from all the work going on that they stopped and looked for her and brought her in the house for me.
Clean up was top notch.

I was very impressed with Dominique and his company right from the time that he provided me with the original estimate. His estimate was thorough and provided me with options. Work options that he felt was not necessary were stated to myself. He delivered product and completed the work in the timeline that he gave me. Very courteous throughout the process. I would certainly recommend this company. Cost was reasonable.

Dom provided excellent services to my house's re-roofing work last summer. He also repaired and corrected my vinyl sidings and flashing issues as well for my house and garage. I interviewed a total of 4 companies and received 4 quotes. Dom's quote was fair and he spent the time to discuss all the items with me. I was so pleased with how easy it was getting a quote to all the explanations about material and warranty. Dominik was very knowledgeable about the product and personable to top off the great service. The Fair and Square crew did an exceptionally thorough job. He recommended adding in extra vents which made a huge difference in the winter. I had previously noticed uneven snow melt, and that is now taken care of. The roof and the clean up was completed in a day, including sweeping the driveway. Except for a quality new roof, in a new amazing colour, it was like they were never there. Highly recommended. I'm extremely satisfied.

The whole experience was very easy and professional. The quotation was given to me on time and it was clearly spelled out what was going to be carried out on the reroof. When the crew turned up they were courteous and got to work immediately. I was most impressed with the care they took when taking the shingles off the roof and with the clean up that they did. The invoice came in exactly as per the quotation. The roof looks great and I will definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with our shingles! Dominik and his crew are extremely reliable, efficient and competent. Dominick's estimate for our roof was very reasonable and his company provided us with excellent workmanship and service. Over a two day span the workers took off the old shingles, replaced the roof with new shingles ( large two storey with double garage) and did an amazing clean up!
