I needed 5 new light fixtures installed in my condo. Two of them were light/fan combo fixtures, which can take longer to assemble. I phoned Joel and since I was able to describe the job in detail, he was able to give me a quote on the phone. Not only was he able to come when I needed him, his pricing is very fair. He took extra time to make sure the chandelier fixture was being hung at the right height for my dining room. He also made suggestions for improvement with my other lighting.
