JT Construction Solutions did an absolutely incredible job. The team was extremely friendly and professional. They completed the job on time and on budget. The team was very consultative when it came to design and look/feel. we would HIGHLY recommend the team.

We used JT for a full basement renovation and adding steel beams on the main floor for structural reinforcement. The work in the basement included a complete replacement of the bathroom, new floor and a new staircase. On the main floor we added two steel beams to correct an overspan problem. We have been extremely pleased with the work that JT did. Justin and Ted were very responsive to our questions and inquiries. We were always appraised of the status of the work and the team of guys showed up for for work every day. The finished product looks fantastic. We would defiantly reccomend JT and will use them for our next project.

Ted, Justin and the rest of the crew did a great job building our fence. They were very organized, responsive and offered a very competitive quote. Also, we have young children who enjoy playing in our yard. JT's crew were very friendly and approachable for us and our kids, cleaned up thoroughly after each day, and most importantly worked quickly so we could regain access to our yard. I would definitely use JT again!

We hired JT Construction Solutions to do a renovation of our finished basement, which included levelling of the cement floor, laying cork flooring, building 2 sets of built-in shelving/drawer units and painting. We found them very easy to work with: great communication, very responsive to any questions, and they finished the job much more quickly than we had anticipated. We are happy with the work and very pleased with the new shelving units. We would have no hesitations recommending them.

This was our first big home reno and we weren’t sure what to expect, especially because we chose to live in the house (with small children) while the project was underway. In retrospect, I’d do it again without reservation. These guys were exceptional in so many ways:

-The project cost was very reasonable. Whether it was electrical, plumbing, drywall or carpentry, we had work done on almost every room in the house – and some exterior work as well. The building got a major facelift, we had some structural work completed and did a full gutting/renovation of the basement. Given the scale of our project, I think we got much more than our money’s worth.
-Justin and Ted helped us through many of the difficult decisions, whether it was a big decision like finding the best design for a dormer or a much smaller decision on where to place power outlets.
-The whole process was well organized. We knew who was coming, what they would be doing and when they would be finished.
-Tradesmen were extremely friendly and accommodating, and they left the worksite clean and organized before heading home each day.
-Finishing details were handled with exceptional attention to detail; especially by carpenters, painters and drywallers who delivered perfection with straight lines and a clean look.
-Most importantly, the whole job was done on time and on budget. Again, this was our first reno, but I hear that’s rare.

We are now really enjoying our new space. It was well-worth the investment and we’re looking forward to using the JT crew again for our future projects.

JT Construction Solutions is a highly skilled, professional and hard working contracting business. We recently hired them to work on our main floor and kitchen renovation. They met with us to assess what we were looking to do and came back immediately with solutions they could execute on in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking to renovate their home.

We did a main floor reno including all new floors and ceiling, new windows and doors, they took the kitchen back to the studs and brought the kitchen back to life again and can't forget an awesome set of custom stairs.
We couldnt have hired a better set of Contractors. They came highly recommend from a friend...she told us about the quality of work, their timeliness, staying on quote...all was that was on par and more.
Having a young family and doing renos can be challenging, but JT Construction was awesome working around them. All their workers were skilled, professional and extremely friendly....what more can I ask for someone coming into your home.
