I hired Frank to replace my flat roof. Paid in full. Had many issues with the work. Frank made countless promises that he would come back and repair the issues. He never showed. After 18 months, it leaked. I had to pay $2900 for about a dozen areas to be repaired by another company. I am disgusted with Frank Cabrial Roofing! Beware!
