My garage door would not open and so I called The Door Master and they sent out a technician, Serge, the following day (I called them on Sunday evening) in the morning. The technician arrived on time within the time slot I was given, diagnosed the problem withing minutes, and repaired the door within minutes. Importantly, Serge was very professional, very courteous and kind and took the time to explain things to me, including the problem and potential future issues. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic.

Best service I have ever received. Emilio was the guy that installed the garage opener for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing fast and quality work. The cost is worth it.

The Garage door was off it's track and it was bent. He came within the hour. He is a free consult and then he fixed it on the spot. He respected social distancing and he wore a mask. My garage door came off the track. After submitting a request or Homestars, Natalie called me in the morning & booked me for a noon appointment. Serge came & fixed it within minutes. Good service and quick response, and no up-sell. He provided the info for my future considerations. I will definitely use them for future work.

Work was decent, waaaaay too expensive . Pushy for unnecessary part replacement. I should have checked for more quotes before proceeding (my bad). Hope the repairs last, replacement parts look generic and cheap
