Our roof looks great and the quality of the shingle, as well as the workmanship, were outstanding. There were a lot of delays in finishing the roof that we found to be quite frustrating at the time, but in the end were satisfied that Elite Roofing recognized this and worked to remedy it. They respectfully listened to our concerns and we were able to eventually agree on a discounted price. We are pleased with the quality of the work, the look of the roof and the final price.

Back in 2015, they got 5 stars from me cause service was fantastic. This is what happened this year. Leaking roof June 28, 2019, called Elite, they sent a someone out to repair, I paid the repair invoice. The repair didn't work. Elite Roofing came out a couple times and then tarped my roof, I made a claim to my insurer took over a month for Rob to get quote to insurer. I was having ongoing conversations with Rob from Elite, he was fully aware my roof continued to leak all summer. We had a very wet summer. When the quote was finally done and my insurer offered settlement Rob advised he would get back to me the next day to discuss options and get my roof replacement scheduled. I waited 2 weeks, never called me back. My roof leaked for 2.5 months. I hired a different roofer and due to the tarp pooling water for 2 months, I had to have wood replaced where the tarp was. It actually ended up costing more because of Rob's negligence. Very very disappointed

Robert and his team at Calgary Elite have been awesome to deal with! In 2015 they took on my insurance claim to fix siding and replace the roof after a hail storm. They worked with the insurance company and my timelines and schedule to get the job done. They were quick, professional and friendly. 4 years later I called them because part of the fascia that was replaced came off in a huge wind storm. Without hesitation, Robert and his team came back the SAME DAY to replace it at no charge. He even called me to let me know it was done and sent photos. These guys stand behind their work! I would highly recommend these guys!!

Called Calgary Elite roofing to quote a new roof. Greg came to our home and provided numerous options and price points to suit my needs. Decided to go with the Euroshield hail proof rubber roof. Greg provided us with all of the different styles and color choices. Settled on Vermont Slate black. A month later Elites team came to the house, ensured tarping was placed over any of the decks, garden and hot tub. Within a few days the roof was complete. Elites team did an amazing clean up job, were very professional and polite. Greg showed up on the last day of install to complete the inspection and ensure we were satisfied. House looks amazing and the Euroshield product really made the place look elegant .

Robert's team was very professional, from start to finish. They started the job when they said they would, finished early, and cleaned up the site completely. We are very happy with their work. Our new roof looks amazing...we received compliments from our neighbor.

I contacted Rob at Calgary Elite Roofing to have some blown off shingles replaced. He sent out a couple of guys the very next day to get my roof fixed up. Jordan and Jeff were quick, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Calgary Elite Roofing.

We noticed a slow drip from our ceiling during the last rainfall. I called Calgary Elite Roofing and they were able to get out quickly to investigate. It turned out to be a weld that had eroded on a vent. They sealed that with silicone, but also went up in the attic to make sure there wasn't another, less obvious, source of the leak. They also gave us tips on how to clean up the spot on the ceiling. I appreciated their attention to detail and their quick response.

Had Greg at Elite Roofing do an assessment and minor repairs to clay tile roof. Elite is one of the select companies left that work with clay tile. They are prompt, extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, do excellent work and I would highly recommend them for any roofing project.

I contacted Elite Roofing to replace my house's roof after the shingles had seriously deteriorated last winter. Greg came over to do the assessment and determine what I needed, patiently walking me through the process and must-do items. What I really liked is that I never felt pushed to buy a specific, more expensive product. We simply chose products and options that met my needs and budget, no pressure. Final price was very decent. The work was done two weeks later--on a Saturday--in a record time. The team stripped the roof, replaced damaged wood panels and shingled the entire bungalow's roof in less than a day. Nice, friendly guys, on top of that (that never hurts). Having kids, I really like how the cleaning process was meticulous as they used a magnet to remove every potential nails or material that fell from the roof. The final result is that my roof looks beautiful and the colour is exactly like it used to be. No issues with it so far. I highly recommand them and would definitely hire them again.
