Elite Trading was very professional, efficient, and clean. After each stage through the process (stripping, sanding, staining over a number of days) they did a good job cleaning up the area, and I am very happy with the final results. I would highly recommend giving Sam a call!

KC did an amazing job priming and painting my town home on a very short period of time as I was on a very tight schedule. He was extremely professional, captured all flaws and corrected damage left behind by the previous owners.

They painted the deck with 2 coats of paint, and refresh one wall inside the house (that is in fact an arch, so not an entire wall at all), and a very small portion of the ceiling. The painting was good, and the painters were fast and professional. They spent just one day on the site. We are satisfied with the job, although it seemed quite pricey.

We were preparing our house in Lawrence Park, Toronto for sale. Our unfinished (and decrepit) 92 year old basement was an eyesore, at best. We arranged for Sam and his team to prep and paint the walls and floor of the large basement area. The result was spectacular. The large area was transformed into a "ready to renovate" opportunity. The house sold in six days! Elite Trade Painting did a great job, on time and on budget. They even climbed the ladder outside to touch up some woodwork that I was too afraid to do on my own! A great job by a great team. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone.
