ARS sounds caring but their service is soooo bad. I had to stop their service after the third visit. Their service costs were mounting on our Miele dishwasher that the tech confidently kept saying it was the pump which was replaced and then the electronic board and then the heat switch. He said it was because we were using the wrong dishwasher soap and on and on. He misrepresented the truth to us.
In the end we had a reputable tech come out from a company that has been in London for decades and he was able to solve the issue for good. He also said that the impeller pumps rarely if ever need replacing. I should have called them right from the beginning. I would have saved so much time and money. Oh well. Live and learn.
But ARS gets a 1 and that's only because of their good manager. She's stressed and needs help with her work load. Too much for anyone.
We had an issue with our new but just out of warrenty gas stove. ARS was one of the people we found online. When I called, they have a great feature where you dont need to wait on hold -- they actually call you back if you leave your number.
Sarine called, and was soo helpful in a stressful time.. The stove was very expensive, and to not know what was wrong - she walked us through the process., and said Qaiser would come to fix in the next day. Qaiser called before hand, and also updated us on timing. He came in, explained the issue, was very open and honest about problems, also gave us tips on gas emissions.. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone for all appliance repairs.
I have a Samsung refrigerator that needs repair. I have to work with ARS and they have pushed my repair from the beginning of September to the 3rd week in September. The initial technician that looked at the fridge indicated that he would need to schedule a system technician and he would document the issue as urgent. I am sitting without a freezer and ARS has no firm plan for getting the work done. I have to go through ARS due to the work being Samsung Warranty. I would not recommend this company for any appliance repair.
ARS technician came to diagnose the problem as my fridge/freezer were not cooling. He thought it was the compressor that needed replacing. After waiting over 2 weeks for an estimate, part to be ordered and the arrival of the second technician, it turned out the compressor wasn't the problem.
The second technician diagnosed the problem to be the control board. That part was in stock so much faster and my fridge is working again.
Tech dropped equipment inside my home and damaged my tiles. Tech assured me ARS would cover the cost to fix. Instead "Amy" offered me only $150 as compensation, and when I asked her to reconsider the low amount, as labour alone would be more than that, she stopped replying to all emails and calls. They are not taking any responsibility for the damage they've done in my house and have now left me with the burden and expense to fix. Home Owners - beware!! Amy was rude and non-apologetic for the damage their tech caused. This company is awful!
Andre came by to fix my Samsung double door fridge, which was not cooling or making ice. Samsung also gave me ARS as the recommended service agent. Andre got my fridge cooling again but had to order parts to fix the icemaker. Everything was explained in depth and timelines were met. He returned less than a week later and installed the parts. I was working from home and watched everything he did, often standing over his shoulder but he was professional and courteous all the while and explained everything he was doing. Job well done and Andre is an asset to your business.
I have not come accross any more rude, unprofessional and insulting team of customer care in my whole life. The technicians will come multiple times at your place and never be able to resolve the issue or address it to the Brand company. Long waiting time for appointment in these intervals of appointment leaves you helpless and finally when you ask for immediate help they hung up the call, speak rudely and insult you by saying that we haven’t paid them but the brand company. Ridiculous supervisor and team of customer service! Stay away and choose a different dealer! they will end up wasting your time
The service and customer support was wonderful. The tech showed right on time and diagnosed the issue and fixed issue professionally. Every time I left my call back numbers to discuss the scheduling or billing, I had received call back really quickly.
Absolutely horrible!!! They do not even deserve a one star. Do NOT waste your time, money and energy with this company! Technician was absolutely rude. He did not know what he was talking about. I had problems with my Samsung dishwasher. He did not even know the name of the part that he said was broken. He was pointing to a part and said that was the problem but he could not check further, I asked why, he said, "...because I'm pretty sure that is the problem." After checking his phone, he said the name of the part...obviously, he was googling it. He was on the phone all the time talking to someone, describing what he was seeing, confirming our suspicion that he was asking someone for help. He even told my little son doing online camp to keep quiet because he (the technician) could not hear the dishwasher. Who does that?! I called the office and the person who took my call was just as rude. I had to go out of the house so that the technician would not hear my conversation with the office. While I was in the middle of explaining everything to the person on the phone, she abruptly interrupted me and said she was going to call the technician. I told her to wait, but she did not listen and called the technician despite my having told her not to. She then said that the technician was not being rude and that he was not even done diagnosing the problem. Of course, he would try and cover his tracks. I said if the technician was not yet done diagnosing, then why did he say that "that" part was the problem. Then in a rude and condescending voice, the woman on the phone said, "so what do you want to happen?" She suggested that she will tell the technician to get out of my house, but that I still had to pay for the fee because he came to our house. Of course, I protested and said that payment of the fee is based on someone actually doing their job. She said it was not their fault that they could not properly diagnose the issue since I was the one with a "problem" with the technician. Anyway, since both technician and person on the phone were being aggressive, I had no choice but keep quiet, let the technician finish and pay the fee. The technician then started taking pictures of my dishwasher saying, it was protection for him so that he can show that that is how he found the dishwasher. This is one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with a service technician. So unprofessional! Such a traumatic experience! So please, stay away from this company!
