I booked a refrigerator repair service due to it not running. The coming technician was delayed after 5 days waiting. He opened the back cover and said the cooling fan need to be replaced. Need order the fan and need another one week for the order. I can’t wait so long without fridge in summer. So I tried and bought a new fan and replaced. The dispatcher told me on the phone the company will not send any one to touch the fridge as I replaced the fan.
That’s why they request $120 when you requested their services.
