I called Jamie asking for a quote, he clearly itemized the service, labour, and parts fees, which is so much more reasonable than other calls I made to other plumbing companies who only offer flat fee service, though I only called those whose review ratings are above 95%. Jamie came right on time and went right to work in my basement. After about 40 minutes or so, the work is done, I have the new ball valve installed beautifully. Overall it is a great experience with Jamie's professional work, and his ethnics and professionalism are greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Jamie to others.
