Bnz Interlocking And Design

We desperately needed new steps for the front of our house and heard about this company who were recommended to us through a friend who's also a realtor.
Domenic came over and gave us a quote and showed us some pics of what he had done at other houses. Its was just before Christmas and we were lucky that the weather was so mild that he was able to come in and do the work the following day!
It took a day longer to finish only because he had somehow miscalculated his measurements but he took responsibility for his mistake and swallowed the costs which I have NEVER heard of a contractor doing before.
The end result was that we have a new set of beautiful steps at the front of our house that we are very happy with!

Dom Garisto, owner of BNZ was the first contractor at my major renovation in September 2021 when he built a large retaining wall. That work withstood the abuse of construction and still looks great. He finally returned in the summer of 2023 to regrade the site, lay paving stones for a driveway and plant grass. The work was complicated due to the difficult access and the multiple grading requirements and geometries of the site. The result is a clean, tidy and accurate installation that has completely changed my site. The best part was that Dom did this work while I was on vacation, following the design instructions I left him. He checked in regularly with progress updates and contacted me when there were some problems with the design, which we quickly rectified. Returning home after my holiday to see my home surrounded by the clean, tidy and straight lines of the paving was the highlight of my year. Dom is serious about his work, says what he will do and then does it without wasting time or presenting surprises.

I highly recommend BnZ for any job. They recently added a beautiful patio to our backyard and we couldn't be happier with the result. Dominic came out to give us an estimate for our job and spent a considerable amount of time with us, going over all our options. His team even dropped off some samples when we couldn't decide what stone to go with so we could see it in-place. No detail was too small for them to take the time to do it right and make sure it looked good. They left the job site clean at the end of every day and were very professional. They also started and finished the job in the exact timeframe they said they would.

We worked with BnZ Landscaping and Design to redo our backyard. This was our second project with BnZ and the work included removing and replacing our old outdated interlock, deck and fence along with reshaping our garden area.

As the work progressed, Domenic proposed levelling out our backyard so that the grading wasnt so steep and also suggested putting in a step. These were great ideas which we went ahead with and we couldnt be happier with the way it all turned out. Our backyard has become our oasis and we love gathering out there as a family.

The end result exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend BnZ.

The project required removal of old cement patio, creating a solid border for dry Laying a new stone 20x12 patio. Skill was required in alignment of slabs since the retaking curb and wall were not square. The landscaping required laying 3 cubic yards of pea gravel with installed patio walkway. Limited access to the rear of the house meant all materials needed to be transported manually. BnZ did a great job and left the site clean and clear. Dominic is easy to work with, makes every effort to keep to the timeline. We had the vision but it took BnZs execution to bring it to life.

We were very happy with the work done by BnZ Interlocking and Design. The crew was amazing, and the project was finished on time.

BNZ crew were very pleasurable to work with, they completed my project in time and I was updated on every step of the way what was happening with the project.
What we appreciated the most is they came for clean up on an early Sunday morning as we had our toddlers birthday party. Domenico also seems very experienced and takes his time explaining the process.
