Plumbing for new bathroom in basement

I hired the owner and he had an employee named Tom do all the work.

I thought that there wasn't enough of a grade to the pipes that they ran from the sink to the drain, but they insisted that there was enough of a grade. This should have been a red flag for me to watch them more closely.

When the job was done, there was a leak from one of the pipes, and Jeff the owner came and said that the only way to diagnose it was to break open the drywall, but that he wouldn't be responsible for repairing the drywall.

I also found after the entire bathroom was done that they hadn't ensured that the bathtub had enough of a slope toward the drain to allow all water to drain, so after taking a bath, we are left with a thin puddle of water that we have to soak up with a towel. Not an easy fix, as tiles would have to be removed to re-set to the tub at the right slope.

I cannot recommend this company.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,500.00
