We recently moved into a new house and had to outfit all the windows. I heard great things about Luxury Window Coverings and decided to get a quote from them. The quote was quite reasonable and the consultation provided by Adriano was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the various products the company offered and gave very useful insight on what products fit best for each room in the house, based on how we planned to use each room.
Initially, the Roman shades Toronto I had ordered did not appeal to us because it appeared a bit wrinkled on the seams. The wrinkles created gaps between the windows and the shades so the room wasn't dark enough for a nursery. I informed Adriano of the problem and he was very understanding and took it back. Instead of just taking it apart to add a blackout backing, he suggested re-doing it from scratch to make it wider so less light would come in. He also took the other Roman shades from the other room (all 5 panels!) to iron them as flat as possible. They turned out fantastic!
The faux wood blinds and roller shades were great. The quality and installation were great.
