Having needed a home inspection for the purchase of our first fully detached house, we contacted Chris on the recommendation of a friend. Purchasing an older character home can be a bit nerve-racking given the possibilites of issues that could be hidden. Chris did an amazing job finding and presenting every detail that we needed to know, first together at the house, then again when we were given the complete written report. This allowed us to make educated decisions and ultimately a confident purchase. Chris followed back up with us three months later to see how everything was going.
