Wonder Woods Flooring

He just got a house and we wanted to fixup the floors before we moved into our house. We called wonder woods for a quote and Thales came to our house to inspect the conditions of our wood floors, talked about the procedures and call us back to provide us a final cost. We had a lot of lightly scratched floors with light & dark patches around the house. We end up going with them and they did the work back in mid-Feb 2022. It turn out to be a 1 day job and they applied 1 coat coverage throughout all our floors. Thales told us the price was for only 1 coat because our floors were in good condition. Thales said that a buff and a coat would do the job. We were warned about covering everything we put on the floor with protecting felt pads. The floors looked amazing once it dried, but once we moved into the house, we realized the floors were very easily scratched. I called Thales, and he came back to inspect and further explained the reasons. He offered and gave us some wood stain to fix minor floor scratches. Overall the floors still look good after 3 months, we just have to be careful with moving furniture. Overall, I was happy with Thales customer service.
