When I was trying to get someone to build me a concrete pad for my new shed, I have send emails to probably 30 contractors listed on HomeStars. Only few of them bothered with a reply and I had got quotes from only 3 companies. Manny was the first to call me back and his quote was also the most reasonable one. They cleaned the remains of the old pad, poured a new one and even protected it from the rain that was expected to come next day.
