An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
“We heard about City EdgePoint from another satisfied customer. We had a number of items that needed work and we found Aaron Samwaru to be conscientious about his work and paid attention to his schedule and was reasonable in pricing. In our previous home and in our new one he performed excellent service whether it was building shelving, fixing up a bathroom, erecting a gazebo and various minor repairs needed. His knowledge about buildings and their needs was far more than adequate. I know that when we need work to be done on our home he will be the first person we call.
Were anyone to ask us for a recommendation I would not hesitate.”
