A friend originally referred us to Diamond Duct Cleaning. We've used their services twice before and have been very satisfied every time. We are very happy to keep relying on their professionalism and honest/transparent work. Diya and Ahmed went above and beyond to help us add an extra intake vent during their usual cleaning process. They taught us about about air vent health and used live footage video so we could see their cleaning effectiveness. They are always polite and go the extra step to help. If only there were more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

March 29 2023. I just got my vent cleaned in my 3 storey house and the job was done perfectly with the best care possible. They were very informative and showed me live videos as they were cleaning.

Diya and his helper did an excellent job and set up their phone to show the debris that was being removed. We thought our ducts had been cleaned a year earlier but it had not been done since COVID. LONG OVERDUE! After doing a meticulous job, Diya pointed out that the solenoid for our humidifier had not been working for a long time and that a section of ducting was not properly connected because of the tight space and angle where it was. As a result, some areas were not getting proper heat. Diya replaced that portion of ducting with flexible ducting he had in his truck. Previous years' duct cleaning companies had not noticed this issue and one actual caused a problem when they accidentally disconnected plastic tubing. We had to call a repair person the next day because they did not see the issue and actual denied any accountability. Diamond Duct Cleaning will be our first call when the time comes.

We used this company for duct cleaning after doing renovations and were really happy with the service. They were professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and overall, nice people. Diya was very helpful, and took the time to explain everything and show us their work as they were doing it. Their price was also very reasonable!
