We had a simple dishwasher install that was made more complicated by a missing part. Although he needed to make an unnecessary trip to our home, Mors did what he could to ensure we were prepared for when the part came in. He did not cut corners! I appreciated that he was knowledgeable, polite, thorough and responsive. I would highly recommend Mors and Top Tech for any appliance repair.

We called Top Tech Appliances when our dishwasher started leaking. Not only were they able to come over that same day, but they stuck with the arrival time that was mentioned over the phone. Top Tech was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it in short order. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely call again!

After replacing the bake oven element myself the oven still did not heat - I called Top Tech and they were able to promtly diagnose the problem over the phone and order a control panel - Next day they arrived at the scheduled time and installed the panel - It was great to also get some helpful oven / stove usage tips which will extend the life of my oven and avoid future repairs - There was also no surprises as the price was exactly as quoted over the phone - Without question I would use Top Tech
in the future if I had any need for appliance repair -

Mors was at my house within an hour of my call to say my fridge was no longer working. He repaired it quickly (he even had the part in his truck!) and checked other parts to make sure everything would continue to run smoothly. He was professional, courteous, and clear about costs. I would definitely call him again with any other appliance trouble!

I have an Amano fridge that was leaking water inside. There are plenty of 'fix it yourself' videos on line but I was not able to fix it myself. Mors came over and fixed the problem in no time. He was quick, tidy (he even tackled the dust bunnies behind my fridge) and friendly. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

More and his colleague arrived promptly at the time he said they would. They got right to work in removing my old micro range, quickly installed the new one, tested it and took the time to make sure I understood how to work the new one. They were extremely clean and left my kitchen exactly as it was before the installation. Very satisfied with their quality of work and very friendly, professional workers.

The large element on my stovetop wasn't working, despite our purchasing a new element. Apparently, the burner's switch had burnt out.

Mors from Top Tech arrived within an hour of my call. He was friendly, and quickly fixed the problem - hereplaced the switch and tested all the burner elements. The entire job took under a half hour, and I'm able to cook again.

I recently called Top Tech to come out and repair my KitchenAid dishwasher. Mors came out the next day and was on time, professional, explained everything and completed the repair at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling them for further needs.

Great reliable, friendly, knowledgeable. Switch for controller replaced on stove. $100 labor/ $56 parts. Very professional. Emailed and called confirming appointment. .even trIed to come earlier Since I was selling my house and needed done for closing.
