Top Tech Appliance Service

I used Toptech Appliance Service recently when I had fridge problems. I found the service to be prompt and effective.

I noticed late on a Saturday that my fridge was not cooling properly so I called Toptech Sunday morning. Mors arrived early in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and while he did not have the right part with him he did get the fridge working again.

The fridge was still working, when three days later Mors arrived with the replacement part, replaced it and left. The fridge is still working.

In summary, very good service and at a reasonable price.

I selected Top Tech Appliance Service because of high ratings on Home Stars, and I am pleased that I did. Response was quick with a reasonable charge. Appointment to get the work done was instant and he arrived prompt and work was excellent and I am totally pleased.

I needed to have the exhaust pipe of my new Samsung dryer moved to the side of the dryer vs. the back of the machine, so I could push the unit back closer to the wall to allow me space in my narrow laundry room.

There were others I contacted on HomeStars also with good reviews and ratings, but Mors was one who responded immediately and offered the quickest appointment. He is very pleasant and I highly recommend him to anyone. I feel he is most trustworthy and will not hesitate to call him again should I need his service again in the future.

Mors installed my dishwasher properly and very fast. He was very polite and professional. Arrived on time. He had to fix bad job that another installer did. I would recommend him. Thank you.

Mors, was fast efficient , clean and courteous. Fixed fridge ...broken thermostat and timer. Came one day but had to order a part, was here the next day part in hand.

LG front load laundry machine stopped draining water. I contacted Mors on a Sunday and he was at my house within the hour. Diagnosed the faulty drain pump, ordered a new part, and fixed the machine in a timely manner. All is good and I would recommend Mors to anyone looking for appliance repair.

I wanted to take the time to thank Mors of Top Tech Appliance Services who came and repaired the ice maker on our 3 year old refrigerator. Mors was professional, showed up exactly when he said he would and made quick work of the repair that needed to be done. The ice maker appears to be working well now.

I was having a problem with my fridge running too often and the freezer section being too cold and there was ice build up on the back of the freezer panel. The fridge is 17 years old and normally I would just buy a new fridge, but I had just sold my house and was moving in three months and didn't want the expense of purchasing a new fridge if a cheaper repair was a viable option. I went on Homestars and found Top Tech Appliances. They had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a call. Mors came out the next day to examine the fridge and determined that the problem was likely a faulty timer and since the repair was reasonable I went ahead and had the timer replaced. The following day it was apparent that the fridge was still running much too often and ice was once again starting to form. I contacted Mors and he was willing to come out the next day, which was a Sunday, and take another look. I expressed to him my concern that the issue might be more serious than just a faulty timer and he agreed that was a possibility. I didn't want to have to invest more money in a possibly expensive repair and decided that it would be best to simply buy a reasonably priced, new fridge since I had to leave a fridge in working condition when my house closed. Mors was gracious enough to refund me the price of the original repair that I had paid for since it didn't solve the issue and only kept the portion that we had agreed on for the service call if I chose not to do a repair. The cheque paying me back the difference arrived within the week. I was impressed with Mors's integrity, a quality that is often hard to find in people anymore. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for appliance repair.

We had our old over the range microwave removed and our new Magtag OTR microwave installed. Mors did a great job as it was more difficult than expected to remove the old microwave, he was patient and was able to get the job done to our satisfaction. The new install looks great. I will definitely use Top Tech in the future as I expect to purchase a gas stove.
