Incredible Service! Called Mors at Top Tech Appliance on Victoria Day and 2 hours later he arrived and installed my over the range microwave with the care and professionalism that every homeowner would hope for. Mors was a true gentleman and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mors was great, he showed up on a Sunday night within 2 hours to have a look at our washer. He repaired it within minutes and even helped out with some dryer issues we were having. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Mors came and installed our dishwasher very efficiently. He was punctual and completed the job without any problems and the dishwasher is working well. The price we paid too was very reasonable. Then we had him back to repair our washing machine and again we were very pleased with the service and it is also working well after the repair. I noticed that my washing machine was not agitating or spinning so did some research and found HomeStars, and Top Tech Appliance Service. Called the number and Mors answered right away, taking down my details and explained his rate (flat rate). Came by at mutually agreed upon time and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken belt). Mors needed to get the part and came back within the hour and completed the repair to my satisfaction. Made sure everything was in working order and put back into place. Would definitely call again for any future appliance repair need. Thanks Mors!

I contacted and left a voice mail for Toptech on a Saturday because of a deffective washing machine. Mors from Toptech called me back within the same hour. After he explained his price for a a visit and I accepted, he told me he would come to my place in the afternoon. Mors found out that the water pump on my washer was broken. We order the replacement part and he came back within the same week to finish the work. I am very pleased with the result and saved a lot compared to a replacement of the washer. I will definitely contact Mors again for any of my apppliance repair needs in the future!

Got prompt response from Mors from Toptech next business day. He told me how to check my washer which kept on stopping every 5 mins. during the cycle. He walked me through the process over the phone & told me that it will be fine after I run it empty. He didn't pressure me on coming to the house & checking it himself. We just hung up & I felt very good after his free advise. I called him later to describe what happened. He promptly came & cleaned it and only charged for labor. I am very pleased with his work attitude & professionalism. Will definitely call him & recommend him to family & friends who need repairs.

My fridge wasn't working and I called Top Tech. The technician could come after 5 (what is a plus since I'm working all day) and fixed the problem in 15 minutes (he had the defective part in his truck). I highly recommend!
