Dryer making grinding noise

Our dryer starting making a squeaking / grinding noise when it started. We contact TopTech on Monday afternoon and Mors was able to diagnose the likely issue before even coming to our home Tuesday morning. Once he arrived, he confirmed the issue very quickly and made the correction within an hour. He even advised that his original price was misquoted, and he could reduce the cost from what we expected!

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with appliance issues. Very knowledgable, fair, and extremely quick.

Microwave installation

Mors did a great job. Our old microwave was glued in something fierce. Mors took the time and went above and beyond to help figure out the issue, and together we got that sucker down safely. Mors was helpful, professional and smart about the full process. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

Washing machine repair

Our 12 year old washing machine was leaking. I called Top Tech based on a recommendation. Technician came out within an hour of my call, diagnosed the cause, ordered the part, and installed it the next morning. Prompt, professional and honest service! I highly recommend this company!

Samsung Washer Fixed

Washing machine was not draining and I was unable to self repair this issue. I contacted TopTech late Saturday afternoon. They indicated a tech could arrive between 10-1030 am the next morning. Mors arrived comfortably within the time frame indicated. He had the problem fixed in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call them the next time I need appliance repair

Water dispenser in fridge wasn't working

Our side by side fridge has a water dispenser inside the door and it had stopped working. I sent Top Tech an email with the make, model. He asked me a few questions and he needed to see it to diagnose cause. He ordered a part and in a week's time came back and removed the problem part and replaced it. I works perfectly now!
The job was done right and Top Tech is extremely professional in how they do business and treat customers. 100% recommend.

I called Top Tech Appliance based on all the great reviews! I contacted Mors on Monday and he came out on Tuesday to install my new microwave oven range. He came on time, did a fantastic job and was very courteous! I also had him look at another issue with my dishwasher and he gave me very honest advice on what to do. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him!
