Extremely professional within our budget including materials. We bought new refrigerator, didn’t have water line before. He gave us hope it could be done. Our refrigerator is opposite of the dishwasher, so he had to make hole around the cabinets from the dishwasher to refrigerator almost 25 feet, less the two hours everything was done! So far really good. Thank you for your service Mr. Mors. It was nice meeting you. We will recommended you to our friends and family :)

This Repair Man was courteous and quick to be able to diagnose & repair our stacked Dryer. He was even able to put a new heating element at the rear of the Dryer even though it was in a narrow closet! He disassembled the Dryer from the front, wow! After fixing our dryer he even recommended a better dryer vent to use. We had been using what I thought was a good (High-end) Broan...had a sort of tennis ball in it, to prevent cold air backdrating back into the house in winter. He said this vent restricts the output of the hot air from the dryer too much thereby causing shorter than normal life from the heating element. (We got about 5 years on this one). So what can I say! His honesty might do him out of another 5 year later heating element repair! So hey, you can see why this company gets a top rating...Honesty, and excellence!

Our dryer started squeaking loudly in the midst of a pandemic, and my first thought was whom to call? I reached out to a technician we used many years ago, but I didn't receive a response. I even asked friends and family members for a referral. I searched online, and sent a text message to Top Tech Appliance with the model, serial number and issue. In less than 30 minutes, Mors responded, and said it may be a roller or bearing problem. The parts cost $50.00, and the labor was a flat rate of $100.00. Mors ordered the parts and installed them two days later. He wore a mask, gloves and kept his physical distance. The dryer continued to squeak a bit after he left, and Mors said he could come by that day. Since it was intermittent, I said I would keep an eye on it, and let him know if the noise continued with every load. Thankfully, the noise is completely gone now.

I found Mors on Homestars and hired him to come fix my stove and install my new dishwasher. I'm so happy I found him! I asked him about fixing my dishwasher based on the error code, and he advised it would be too expensive to fix since it was a heating element issue. I decided to take his advice and buy a new one, and had him install it. For the stove, he was able to figure out the problem, check pricing for parts and give me a price same day. His prices are fair, and does a great job. He is also a very nice and trustworthy person. I felt totally comfortable having in in my home. Any future appliance issues I will definitely call Top Tech Appliance Service.

Mors came on time and quickly figured out our drain pipe was clogged with food gunk. He cleaned it out and tested it several times and it is working great. Good service at a fair price, no concerns at all. Thank you.

I had to place a service call to get the glass top replaced on my Bosch Electric Range. I called several companies who took days to get back to me with very high prices. I called Top Tech and my call was picked up right away. Provided my details and address. They got back to me with a very fair price and performed the replacement the vey next day. Plumber could not install Bosch dishwasher because an electrical plug was required. Mors installed a plug, updated the water supply hose and installed the Bosch dishwasher. He was professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely call Top Tech again. Highly recommend
