Similar experience to other satisfied customers here, I called Drainrock because I had some water enter my home crawlspace after last year's atmospheric River in BC.

Unfortunately after the atmospheric river we heard from many customers that other plumbing and drainage companies were providing rough estimates over the phone without going to the site to assess. We have always felt that no matter how busy we are that we take the time to meet the customer, understand their concerns and create a plan to move forward. In most of the cases, a thorough service of hydro flushing and video inspection can remove dirt and debris that prevents water from flowing and solve the problem.
