Titan has been great to deal with. Provided excellent service, products and follow-up service! Everything was cleaned up, they were below the cost of our insurance company's preferred contractor with a higher grade product. Would definitely recommend Titan.

Jason at Titan took our relatively small job seriously, and he expediently provided an estimate without encouraging more work (despite that I asked his opinion on doing additional work). They did exactly what they said they would do for a very reasonable price and exactly as quoted. My only suggestion is that they mention, more precisely, when they are coming to the house (we were given a general idea), but it was a pleasant surprise to return home from holidays to see the work done. To note, he certainly asked if we were pleased with the product afterward. He and his phone staff were very pleasant and professional to work with.

Eavestroughs and downspouts were installed on my garage. After observing the water flow from a few successive rains the installers returned to do minor adjustments to ensure proper water flow. Customer service was very good.

One of the repairs we needed done was to correct something another company did incorrectly. The team did a great job on that, especially since it involved tying into our attached neighbour's eaves.

The team showed up on time and were very professional. They did a remarkable clean up job in comparison with other eaves companies we've worked with (no screws cut offs left on the ground). They came very prepared, including having already painted all the screw heads ahead of time to match the downspout and eaves.

I would highly recommend them and wish I had found them before working with a few other companies.

We had contacted a few companies to replace the eavestroughs, downspouts, soffit and fascia on our house. But as our house needed some custom made cladding, Titan was the only company that knew how to deal with this and advised the best solution. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Shortly after his initial visit, his crew came to start the renovation. The guys were great workers, they took their time to make sure everything was done properly and cleaned up every day.
After the renovation was done, Jason came to revise everything to make sure we were satisfied with all the work.
All in all, we highly recommend Titan... you can't beat their quality work.
