Skylight Installation & Repair review in

The contractor Pat, told us the company is now doing pool decks. We were to receive 1/8 of a rubber floor, non slip. It is a rubber membrane paint, not what he promised us.
Everyone is slipping on our deck and I want this removed. In the contract it states remove all paint off deck, he did not. It states to cover all the pool, he did not, paint was on our cover. He said he would spray a gun to make it a rubber floor, he rolled it.
Worst part is he will not say who supplies the guaranteed product and thinks it's a great job. All I want is it removed and get a real rubber floor done. He wants us to pay the other 50%
