The estimator was very timely, friendly and knew what he was talking about. The owner came and did the install himself. He worked long hours to get it done for me. The work looks great and the price is fair. I highly recommend them.

Called for an estimate to have eavestrough & downspouts replaced as well as two new installations. The response that we received was how anyone would wish it to be - absolutely perfect in every way. The estimate was extremely competitive. Work was started and completed as promised and the crew were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The whole process happened really quickly... I e-mailed for a quote, they arrived 2 days later and the work was completed the next day! We had Chinook Exteriors install aluminum soffit/fascia and replace the eavestrough/downspouts on our home and detached garage. The entire process from quote to installation went extremely smooth and efficient. Jean-Francois and his staff responded quickly to any questions we had and made the process very satisfying. On site, Mathieu and his crew worked well together and did excellent work. They did some necessary repairs to the existing wood fascia that was previously noted and included in the quote, so no surprises. Mathieu showed good professionalism and courtesy. He obviously takes pride in his work. The materials and workmanship were excellent. We were impressed and highly recommend Chinook Exteriors.

My eavestroughing was leaking badly and had damaged the stucco. JF and his team did an excellent job of removing the old material and carefully replacing it. You could see the pride they took in their work and it really showed in the finished product! I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Hi. I wanted to let potential customers know that Chinook Exteriors after installation stands by it's work. I had some issues with my down spouts falling down with heavy wind after installation and upon contacting Chinook Exteriors, it was dealt with. This to me is extremely important that a company stands by it's work. I just wanted to make sure that people know that Chinook Exteriors does honour its warranty and stand by its workmanship. Last week's windstorm blew a few pieces of siding astray up high on my home. Jean Francois picked up right away when I called and was able to quickly give me a quote after I texted him a few pictures, and I thought the quote was very fair. He was over at my place soon thereafter to do the repair work as well. He was very friendly and worked diligently in getting things fixed. He even gave me a few pointers in the end. Happy with his work. Enjoyed having him over to fix things and would have over again. Definitely would recommend him. Thank you.
