Paradigm arrived at my house at the set time of my appointment. They quickly found the leak and replaced the faulty parts. They made sure the work area was clean and tidy before the they left.
A part of the wall in the laundry room had water damage an needed replacement. Paradigm recommended a company that could do this work and I was sent a detailed quote the next day. I was very impressed by the Paradigm service and follow-up.

My partner and I had used Jon's plumbing services back in 2015 when we did a total kitchen renovation at our house on the North Shore. We were completely satisfied with his workmanship and knowledge, his general manner and -- SO important -- his accountability.

Recently, I enlisted Jon's help again to install a new toilet in my downtown condo. This required a pick-up from the store where I purchased it. Once again, everything about Jon's performance was top-notch: It was easy to set up an appointment for the following week; his communication via texting was clear, businesslike and friendly; on the appointed day, he picked up the toilet and arrived slightly early, texting first to alert me of his arrival.

He and his apprentice, Al, arrived and completed the job in short order. He answered all of my questions with enthusiasm, and the time just flew by. They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of my old toilet as requested. Everything has been working fine.

For anyone who is tired of unfavourable experiences with contractors and trades people, I can assure you that Jon is the person to restore your faith in the whole process. I highly recommend him and his company.

Recently, I had Jon from Paradigm Service and Installations do some work on the renovations of my bathroom. I had excellent service from this company and would highly recommend them. The livingroom needed a replacement ceiling fixture. The bathroom needed a dimmer switch. And I had a curious question about how a control panel attaches to the wall. Rocky arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. He added the dimmer switch, installed an overhead light, and discovered hidden clips holding the control panel. Because the ceiling fixture had incorrect instructions, that installation was postponed. After the retailer explained the diagram, we called back Paradigm so that they could reschedule Rocky to complete the service. All the little jobs are finished and the household runs smoother.

We contracted Jon and Paradigm Services to relocate a water heater and install plumbing for a small laundry closet in a basement suite renovation. The project evolved and we added a pressure valve replacement and a replacement of the hot water tank with an on demand, tankless hot water heater.

Jon was professional and reliable throughout. He delivered clear estimates when he said he would. He provided advice where he could. He arrived on the dates and at the times he said he would. The jobs took as long and cost as much as he estimated. All work was done professionally and to a very high standard of quality.

Jon from Paradigm gave us professional service: from sourcing of parts for reasonable prices, good communications, and quick install (garburator), through to clarifying that we didn't need certain parts (shower handle only needed a screw and re-install for cost of labour, rather than full replacement), which reduced our costs. Will hire again!

Paradigm handled our needs with professionalism and knowledge. Jon was able to help us with a broken main valve, broken pipes from being frozen, furnace issues and a new hot water tank. Quite a number of events handled extremely well in a short period of time. What was needed was explained clearly and clear estimates were given in the beginning. Arrived on time, Jon and his apprentice were both very pleasant. They replaced a builder grade kitchen faucet and separate spray wand with faucet with a built in sprayer. They left the work area cleaner than when they arrived and completed the job in less an hour. The price was very reasonable, I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family.
