Outstanding service. I called Jon today and within an hour Rocky was here at my home. I have never in my life been more impressed with a company such as PARADIGM SERVICES. As an owner of multiple properties, I've always had a good plumber on speed dial, but my usual plumber doesn't work evenings or weekends, so I have had to rely on one of the large plumbing companies in town when my usual plumber is not available, but this has resulted in some disappointing experiences depending on who showed up to do the job which was always a bit of a crap shoot. So, I decided that I needed a better alternative and that's how I came across the reviews for Jon at Paradigm which I am happy to report are 100% accurate. He is as good as his perfect reviews would suggest. I have hired Jon on two separate occasions so far and would definitely do so again without hesitation. He is honest, dependable and does excellent work. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of an expert plumber.

Jon and his team ahve done 4 jobs for me in the last year. Two of them were rush jobs, and they were able to schedule me in quickly. The others were part of a home renovation project. In all cases, they showed up on time and did the work with minimal trouble and to a high standard.

Jon is easy to work with, and is transparent about what work will be done and how much it will cost. He will also stand by his team's work and is there to resolve any issue that may arise.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will use them again when the need arises.
