Initial Spec Home Inspections

We're really glad to have Rishi to do our home inspections for the first time. We like his attention to details to every aspects. He provided very details walk through while on site with us and provided a very detail report with pictures to explain everything. It greatly helped us to complete the Tarion year end form.

The inspector was VERY professional. He took quite a few pictures around the house which were included in the report. Unfortunately there was a snow storm which caused some limitations but he braved the cold to inspect the exterior as best as possible. He answered all of our questions well which indicated that he was knowledgeable. The report was done quickly which made us feel like he made us a priority and we appreciate that. Thanks so much! He is also rather helpful & accessible with follow up questions regarding recommendations made even months after.

As a first time home buyer, we had plenty of questions. Rishi our inspector was very thorough and patient to answer all of our questions as we walked through the property together. He was also very knowledgable and did a great job at explaining the deficiencies in terms that we understood. Along the way, Rishi took plenty of photos to compile a very thorough report which outlined all the minor and major issues down to the little details such as the serial codes of the appliances to ensure they are the same appliances when we move in.
