James made my ongoing "reno saga" so much simpler and took away so much of the stress I had originally experienced when starting my reno journey. Unfortunately, I had been provided incorrect information when incorporating new hardwood flooring, which in the end needed to be replaced. Instead of looking for the best bang for his buck, he looked for the best needs for mine. He showed and continually shows how dedicated he is to make sure his customers are happy. James really listens, follows through on all that I needed (and then some), and provides sound, confident advice - really going that extra mile. He (and his team) absolutely do quality work...hands down a great job while at all times keeping the client's needs as the 1st priority. After having such a positive experience, he will be coming back to do some extra work to get my place ready to sell as that is the kind of craftmanship that is offered..the best!
