We chose Silverline Exteriors for our windows and siding project and are very happy with the results. Marc was a great salesman and was able to help us out with all the decisions that were required. The installation crew were good and did a nice job trimming everything up. We made a few minor changes along the way and Marc accomadated those requests and made it happen. In the end everything looks very good and we are happy with a new exterior that updates the house, is more finished looking, and windows that are a huge improvement.

Our sales manager, Marc, is very pleasant to deal with from our initial visit till now and he still follows up with us during progress of our project. He took the time to discuss all details before we signed the contract and is so patient with all the back and forth and changing of some details after signing. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and honesty; we trust we are in good hands.

Also to mention, we have had another siding company here to estimate and when we told them we would like the exterior window trims to be replaced with wood, guess what, they were trying to convince us with a easier way to replace our wood trims with metal flashing? Seriously?!

We are very happy with the work done by Silverline Exterior Solutions to replace all our windows and vinyl siding last month (June 2023). Marc was our first point of contact and was professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He did not pressure us into signing anything. He gave us a quote and then let us decide. Some of the other companies that gave us quotes tried to use high-pressure sales tactics.

The work crew were great. Chris, Rahim and Kiddo did an amazing job replacing all our old windows.
Sat, Amarjit, Vikram and Laddi also did a wonderful job replacing our vinyl siding. They also cleaned up nicely at the end of the job and we are very happy with the end result. We would definitely recommend them - Paul and Rosemary from Vancouver.

Contracted work:
replaced all window panels with low E windows.
Also had to replace the wooden frames on the exterior walls for installation.

Quality of window:
Excellent, the old window lost its insulation and the floor were hot during summer, but the new one is really really good.
The difference in heat on the floor, where the sun shines , is noticeable right away by closing the window.

Installation:
Excellent, the contractors on site are very knowledgeable and skilled.
Chris the team lead was really good, especially. His work is quick with high standard. His leadership for the team is also evident, that the team is calm and supportive for one another.
Another member I still remember is Autumn, who was kind and provided high-quality, polished work.

Warranty/Support:
one of the wooden frame on the window had its sealing cracked due to extreme heat and sun shining on it.
After we contacted Silverline customer support, they come very quickly and fixed the issues nicely.
They also gave us some extra new silicons, for us to touch up ourselves.
