We had 19 windows and 2 sliding doors installed recently. We were very happy with Kevin who gave us the estimate and the crew, Hasib, Chris and Steve did an excellent job. The installation was completed in 2 days .
Kat, the receptionist, was also very pleasant to deal with. We would gladly recommend Silverline to friends and neighbors.

From the start of the process the boys and girls at Silverline were amazing. Marc Spiess, the estimator made time for me, even though I usually get home late from work. He made the sure the process from the estimate, to sales, to the actual work went smoothly. He has a good eye for design as well! He suggested a siding that I never would have thought of using on the house, and it looks incredible!

The work itself it top notch! The guys always arrived on time, they were always working, always professional. They took the extra step to make sure the driveway was left clean at the end of the day, and were always showing up with smiles on their faces.

I needed new vinyl siding, a door, a sliding door and 11 windows for an older 4-bedroom house. I got several quotes before deciding on Silverline. Their estimator was good, and the work was scheduled in the future to accommodate vacations. The siding started a day late, but I was not informed (I had to call them). There were several small issues like them accidentally cutting a coax cable for the TV, a sliding door screen that came late, window latches being a little loose, and gates they took down and forgot to put back up. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The project was completed on time and in the estimate. Communication could have been better, but wasn't too bad.

We love our new windows and everything looks good.

Since there were some issues, I feel I cannot give them top marks. That being said, all issues were resolved.

I spoke with Silverline representative Mr. Bill Davidson at the Maple Ridge Home Show. I followed-up with Mr. Davidson in late August asking for a quote. Mr. Davidson showed up promptly upon the agreed up date and provided a quote. The quote was lower that expected and was accepted the following day. The process for final measurement and ordering the windows was completed shortly thereafter with flexibility exhibited to meet my schedule. I was told the windows could take up to 30 days to construct however I was contacted 20 days later by Ms. Kat Fleck to advise the windows were ready and a date set for installation. The Silverline crew showed up promptly upon the agreed upon date and time and completed the job within a few hours. The work and cleanup was done very professionally. My expectations were more than exceeded.

We are very happy with the job Silverline did on our new windows. Kevin came to our home and answered all our questions and made us feel confident that Silverline would provide a quality product and a professional installation. On Installation day Chris and Hasib were right on time and very polite. They kept our home clean with drop sheets which we really appreciated. Their work was high quality and their attention to detail made the finished product look flawless. Kat and the crew at the Silverline showroom were also very helpful and polite during my several drop ins and phone calls. Overall very happy customers, Great work Silverline.

Replaced our Arched windows this week. It seems everyone's on our street are all going at the same time. Kevin gave us a fantastic price, and I was so glad to support local business, and not US.
The crew were so efficient, I still can't believe how quickly they completed the work, about 4 hours. Kevin was here to make sure all the details were taken care of. Kat in the office was also very helpful. I really like the look of the framework and the whole house seems brighter.

Silverline replaced 4 old windows and installed a new window at my house. Marc was helpful throughout the process - right from paying a visit and providing a quote to making sure the new windows were installed right. The two person crew, Mike and Chris, were very efficient and got the work done in quick time.
