The crew were great. The day that they came to install the new windows was rainy and windy, but they were still able to work quickly, easily, and professionally.
All the windows in our house were replaced, and we are very happy with the results.

I had a couple of quotes for 12 windows. Silverline had the best price. Marc came and measured initially, showed me a sample window and gave me an immediate quote. The service was great. They did the install today. Mike and Chris did an excellent job and were really fast. Mike is really friendly and spent some time explaining the process and answering my questions. The windows look terrific. I'm very happy with the result and will use Silverline again, when I'm ready to do the rest of the house. Just updating my review as Habid and Chris just installed a second set of windows on our sunroom and it looks fantastic. The windows work wonderfully, the service was excellent and we will definitely use Silverline for our next windows. Very professional service and excellent quality product.

On the specified day the team arrived early and the job was done very efficiently and everything was cleaned up. The old windows & doors has chased a few windows installer away. Silverline staff are very experienced, & did a good job. The new windows & new door has made a big change in the outlook of my old home. They (new windows & door) block out a lot of noice which make my teaching in piano & theory much more efficiency. Mark came to provide a quote with a sample of their window and explained how their product differs from the competitors. He was patient and answered all the questions. He also came back later that evening to go over the product with my husband as I was very impressed with the pricing and product.

Mike, Richard & Chris work great as a team. Mike was friendly, courteous and patient with the questions.
Richard is an asset as he spoke Mandarin with my mother-in-law. They worked very hard to complete all 27 windows which included two sliding doors within two days.

Silverline wasn't the cheapest but I put in the order on the spot because the way that Marc presented his product. He walked us through each window and made suggestion for improvement. He listened to us and explained to us how to maximize the view. My house is sitting on top of a hill, every window has a view. We took his suggestions and the result was amazing. We can now see the view that we couldn't see before. The installation team led by Mike was friendly and had done a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
