-load noise coming from the Whirlpool Gold refrigerator when the compressor comes on

Steve was friendly and polite. He helped me to understand the cause of the problem to the fridge and showed me how to fix the noise in the future myself but using a 1/4 inch wrench and turning the screw to the leveling feet. He also told me to watch that glass bottles were not half resting on the metal parts on the back of the fridge. Steve takes the time to patiently help his customers understand the problem and how to continue to maintain their appliance. I would highly recommend Valley View Appliances to friends.
