I called Valley View Appliances to come out & repair my dishwasher which had a leak. The repairman came and was courteous and respectful. He said a part inside the dishwasher had a crack in it. Due to the age of the dishwasher, parts were no longer available. Since he did not repair the dishwasher and only advised that it could not be repaired, I was charged just over $162. I think this charge was a little excessive. I will not be using them again.

I paid $120 for the tech to come to my house to look at my dishwasher. After he determined I needed a new part and said it was on order and part to arrive in a week. I called after a week to see if the part has arrived. The lady told me she would call me back to let me know and she never did. So I called again a few days later and she told me she would call me back and she never did. I got sick of waiting so I called Quality Appliance Repair and they came and fixed my dishwasher that week. I would not recommend Valley View Appliances to anyone due to my experience and I truly do not understand how they are getting such good reviews. Usually Homestar is pretty reliable for reviews.

I booked online but received a call (Robert?) that they couldn't come on that day. I booked for a Saturday and they made sure I knew that there was a (small) extra charge. He was pleasant, professional and very accommodating. After booking, I received an email confirmation, where there is a link that you can track when the serviceman will be nearing your home. My scheduled time was between 9-1. He came at around 10:30. The man that came (Rahman) was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgable. My biggest relief was that I felt I could trust him. My 11 year old dryer needed a new circuit board. Given the age of my dryer, and upon asking for his opinion, I decided not to have it repaired - but to replace it instead. He was more interested in being fair and honest than ripping me off. I am very grateful for that and as such, will definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

Technician was very prompt. Work was professionally done, and was able to answer any questions we had about the model of fridge and washer we have, and the repairs done to them. I would highly recommend our tech to anyone.

The freezer in my fridge wasn't working. It was cool but wasn't freezing anything. Steve, the repairman came and had a look and apparently my timer was shot. He had the part in his vehicle, installed it and it was one of the quickest most pleasant services I have ever had. Lana, the receptionist was very helpful and very polite and I am very pleased with the outcome. Reasonably priced too, included labor, parts, etc. Support local businesses!!

I want to thank you and also Rahman for accommodating me quickly with your service on a Saturday, and also for the great job that Rahman did in fixing my drain tube problem with my freezer. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend you to my friends. Your quick response and Rahman's expertise prevented me from having a damaged hardwood floor that would have cost a lot of $ to fix. Also thank you to the lovely receptionist who answered my calls in a friendly and reassuring manner.

Efficient and timely work. I was kept informed as the repair was done and the technology that the company has is outstanding. Very good experience.

All personnel at Valley View were courteous and Scott arrived as promised and repaired clogged condensation line on my refrigerator. Scott was really efficient and thorough. Thanks so much Scott! I sure would recommend Valley View Appliances to anyone that requires a fridge repair.
