Online booking portal was easy to use and nice to have as it's the holiday season. Steve arrived promptly. He had read the service notes, asked a couple of questions, and within 30 seconds had diagnosed the problem. Luckily it was a fairly easy fix. He educated my husband and I on how to avoid a similar problem as well as showing us how to fix it ourselves should it occur again. And the icing on the cake....asked if there was anything else we'd like him to look at since he was here and had time. Throughout the call he was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Microwave door no longer opened with the Open button. Faulty actuator. Went through my extended warranty and Valley View was given the claim. Part arrived quickly. Service was authorized quickly. Within one week of my service request it was fixed. Very pleased with Steve from Valley View.

Repair man came and was very prompt and organized, check fridge and told us what needed to be repaired, ordered the part and came back the next day to fix the refrigerator. Very happy with service, repair man's personality and highly recommend the company for repairs. Will definity use Valley View Appliances in the future.

We called Valley when our clothes dryer stopped heating and they were able to come later the same day. Steve was professional and had the part in his truck! He said our dryer has many years left! What a relief to have it repaired so quickly. He also cleaned up after himself. I couldnt ask for better.
