The service from Valley View Appliances Ltd. was exceptional! The service technician (Steve) was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Based on his assessment and recommendation we decided to purchase a new washer and dryer as the cost of the dryer repair was almost 2/3 the cost of a new dryer. After evaluating the warranty, product reviews and cost for various appliance brands, we decided to follow Steve's recommendations and purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer. The cost ($100 (including GST)) to have the dryer assessed was money well spent. The knowledge and information that was shared with us was priceless! We will definitely use Valley View Appliance's Ltd. services again and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for being an honest and trustworthy service provider. We need more people like Steve!

Our oven was overheating and a bit of a concern, but it was thoroughly checked out and fixed promptly.

Service call to repair our oven that was not working. The initial phone conversation (Frank) was pleasant, informative and was open to helping us at a busy Christmas time.
The technician (Steve) kept me informed throughout his diagnosis of what may be the cause. Once he determined the problem, he fully explained the situation.
Even though he was unable to fix our stove, he advised us for the best course of action.

This was a warranty call under Whirlpool and the service was excellent. I was called first to ensure they could provide the service under warranty which they could and the service person was on time, very efficient and very helpful giving me tips on how to care for my fridge. I didn't even have to empty the freezer for the new part to be replaced, he took out the ice build up and cleaned up and was done within half an hour. Thank you so much. I will use your company for any future appliance needs that I have.

The Customer Care representative who answered the phone for this company was courteous and sympathetic to our problem. She immediately found a better service date for us and the Repair rep was at our house within a day. This company was referred by the manufacturer.

I had Valley View install my OTR. I found Valley View very professional and helpful. Booking with them was easy. They were able to slot me in the time and date I wanted. The Price was fair and the work was above par.

At the same time the tech was installing the OTR, a fridge that I ordered arrived. However the fridge was to big to fit past the island. Even though the tech was only suppose to install the OTR, he helped the delivery guys remove the fridge doors so that the fridge could fit past the island into the proper spot . Without the tech's help to remove and reinstall the fridge doors it might still be sitting in my living room. I would highly recommend Valley View.

Steve from the Cochrane location was great. He came out and solved the problem with our dishwasher, and noticed we needed to clean under our fridge...so cleaned there and fixed the butler drawer in our fridge. Nicest guy ever and best experience I have ever had. I would definitely call valley view again and recommend them to all our friends. Very satisfied :))
