Ridge Crest Developments

Our daughter recommended Ridge Crest to us for the replacement of our siding that had hail damage this past summer. David came over and had a quote for us within a couple of days vs another contractor that we still haven't heard from. We first noticed that the workers were not being pushed to hurry the job which resulted in a very high standard of quality workmanship! Andre and his brother are true craftsmen at their trade. We were always advised if there were any issues and their advice on how to proceed as there was some damage under the siding on one area. The work on this project lasted almost a month, but we were not in any hurry to have it completed. We usually do not give such a high rating but in this case it is worthy of 5/5 stars. RidgeCrest did an excellent job replacing the exterior of our mountain cabin - the work involved replacing the old wooden exterior with a new Hardie board exterior and trim with a full soffit, fascia and and eaves troughs replacement. The team was reliable, hard working and attentive to detail. We were extremely happy with the end product.

Ridge Crest Developments replaced some windows in an investment property I have. The price was fair and the quality of the windows are really good. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Our house was built in 1999 and needed an exterior renovation. Dave and his team were great to work with, there attention to detail and craftsmanship are excellent. The final cost were the same as the estimate. If we added a few things along the way, they were very upfront with the additional costs. My husband and I are very pleased.

Ridgecrest brought our new to us home from a neighborhood eyesore “green monster” (complete with ugly green stucco and green brick) to a modern home for young family. They were helpful in picking longlasting materials, advising in paint selection, to completely transforming our home by changing the roof, soffits, eaves troughs, a mudroom extension, roofline transformation and replacing and reframing windows and the front door due to the redesign. There wasn’t much of the old exterior left after the Reno was done!!They were knowledgeable and quick to get to work during the coldest weeks of the year, and left us with an end product that feels great to come home to at the end of the day. Very happy with the work done and would recommend them again!

RidgeCrest completed a full update and refinish of the exterior of our home including installation of several new windows, full re-siding, new rainware and triple garage overhead doors all of which have greatly enhanced and modernized the view of this estate home. The improvement to insulation quality and the maintenance free interior is greatly appreciated. The work was performed with fine attention to detail and finish. This was obvious to myself because I'm a Professional Engineer. We are very pleased and recently asked for a quotation for another home in this same area which needs increased living space and look forward to working with this company again.

Our heritage home was well-built in 1932 and later enlarged, but it was time to replace our beautiful old but inefficient windows; add more exterior wall insulation; replace the vinyl siding with Hardie Board; add cedar soffit with pot lights; replace the entrance door; replace eaves troughs — in short, bring the house into the 21st century! We liked the Ridge Crest work we saw in our neighbourhood, and the clear information David Marrelli and his team provided. Everyone on the team that worked on our house was clear, helpful, and professional. We had no unhappy surprises, the job site was always kept clean and organized, and David's suggestions all helped make the result better than we expected. We would happily work with Ridge Crest again.

It was a blessing to have the Ridgecrest crew work on the exterior of my house and new addition. Not only was their craftwork superb, I could trust their fine aesthetic judgement about where to place the trim, and what shade of hardy board and soffits to choose. Polite, prompt and tidy to boot.
