I wanted to get affordable duct cleaning done and I thought I’d save some money and purchase a groupon deal for these duct cleaning guys. However, the service lady messed up my appointment. This was a small nuance and I forgave her But when the service guys came they did more ducts than the groupon, without permission. Then after the ducts were vacuumed, they pressured me to have the furnace cleaned. Although I kept refusing, the service guy could not take a no. Overall I paid more than double of what I initially thought I would pay. Be careful of what u pay for. These guys trick you with a cheap groupon and once they’re inside your home they use bully salesman tactics to get you to spend MUCH more than you would want. Overall I spent way more than my budget allowed and was not pleased.
