These guys are great, new kitchen & bathroom completely gutted out . Rolando and victor are loyal and honest contractors, attention to all details during Reno from top to bottom. job was done on time to my satisfaction . Had a small leak on kitchen sink drain when I called victor he showed up the same day and had it repaired. I will definitely use rovimat to renovate our basement in future.

We live in a condo and had to gut and replace the kitchen and second bathroom, remove the popcorn ceiling in the living area, repaint, redo the lighting and plumbing. A big job to undertake.

Just completed a 3 month project with the Rovimat team. This was our first home renovation experience, and Rolando and Victor made the experience painless. I cant say anything but great things!
The project consistent of a full basement rebuild, from new floors, drains, walls, electrical, water lines, bathroom etc; along with a new kitchen, and bathroom on main floor. Everything came together very well and looks fantastic. We found a small surprise or two along the way (hard to really call it a surprise with a 90+ year old house...) but the team from Rovimat kept us on track.
At the start of the project, I interviewed about 7 different contractors, through reco's from friends and also reviews on this site. I reached out to Rovimant based on the reviews here - and was immediately impressed when I met Rolando and Victor. They speak plainly, get things done right and on time, and are all round great to deal with.
I would recommend them to family & friends, and plan to work with them on future projects.

We recently completed a reno of our ensuite bathroom and are very pleased with the results. Both Vitor and Rolando were very helpful, giving us lots of good advice when consulted. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. The job went smoothly, and was completed on time due to their fantastic organization. All the members of their work crew were friendly and their work was excellent.Either Rolando or Vitor were on site each day to inspect the work and called a week after completion to ensure that everything was satisfactory. We would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them on future renos.

We hired Rovimat (Rolando and Vitor) when my wife and I bought our first house. We knew we were going to be doing major renovations when we bought it, but the first stage was finding the right contractor, which was a challenge since we knew we were going to be doing some structural work and we didn't have a lot of confidence in the initial contractors we had met with and have heard horror stories about other projects friends have done.

When we met Rolando, we knew immediately Rovimat was the right team for us. The quote provided significantly more detail and removed the majority of the cost surprises that we've heard have come up with friends when renovating.

We essentially renovated the entire main floor of our house, as they removed two structural walls and completely opened up the family room, breakfast area and kitchen. We also had new wood flooring installed and finished on site throughout our entire main floor, beautiful tile work in our entry and laundry/mud room, new powder room, new laundry room and new ceilings with pot lights and new electrical switches, outlets and dimmers installed. We had extra plumbing work done for our two dish washers, over the stove pot filler and ice maker in our fridge. As well, they installed a gas fireplace, with a beautiful custom recessed area over top to mount our flat screen and hide all of the wiring for a clean finished look.

When we did find some surprises behind the walls Rolando and Vitor were great providing economical solutions to the problem. For example; we found some surprise HVAC pipes in one two of the walls we wanted to remove completely, for a minimal cost they re-routed the pipes so we could have the clean open concept look we wanted to achieve.

They were at our house every day, which made it really easy to understand what was going on for that day or week and how the project was progressing. It was a 7 week project and they actually finished a couple of days early! We wish we could give them an 11, we still have our basement and second floor that we'll be renovating and as soon as we can, we will definitely be calling Rolando and Vitor for those projects.

We truly couldn't be happier with our house and the work that Rovimat did for us. Our friends and family love the work they've done and generally the feedback we get is that our 30 year old house looks brand new. In fact my parents hired Rovimat after seeing their work to renovate their master bathroom and had the same great experience we did! We have already recommended Rovimat to a neighbor and work college with complete confidence.

Rovimat (Rolando, Vitor and team) were excellent value, stayed on budget, time and were super friendly and great listeners, I'm super picky and their patience was greatly appreciated! They really made our vision come to life, we really couldn't have asked for more in a contracting team! You hear about how stressful reno’s can be, honestly Rolando and Vitor actually made the processes enjoyable and exciting, we are so thankful we found them!

I cannot say enough good things about Rolando and his team at Romivat. Rolando first did some work for us when we renovated our family bathroom. They did such a great job, we called them back a few years later to add an ensuite bathroom to our master bedroom. We couldn't be happier with the work. In addition to great work and professionalism, the team goes above and beyond. Our bathroom project was started in the middle of winter. Rolando's partner, Vitor, shoveled my steps and help me dig my car during a really bad winter storm. To this day, I have called Rolando for advice on other things and he has always been very helpful and trustworthy. Great guys and great work.
