Empire Deck & Interlock

There was some initial misunderstanding between us and the contractor due to what seemed to be some miscommunication between the person that sold us the deck and the person that was planning it/building it. This was quite stressful for us but after everything was resolved the deck was built quickly and professionally. We did find some small issues with the deck after a month or so, such as wobbly railings in places. But for the most part, we are happy with what we got for the price!

Deck was completed quickly and happy with the outcome. Company management were easy to deal with though some challenges with the workers' care of our property. Otherwise very pleased.

Design and build my 2 levels decks of 18 feet by 18 feet in my backyard.
The upper deck has its pogela above connecting to my kitchen. The design of the pogela is very creative and it highlights the style of my deck and balances with my whole yard and landscape. And I love the details on the frame of the edge of the whole lower deck.

Just so we are clear we do not give out 5 stars without serious consideration. I was very impressed from start to finish. Sia the owner and Hayden our site contractor were excellent. We did our home work getting several quotes. We got a great quality product ( no hidden costs) for a fair price. Communication and follow-up was very good. Would strongly recommend Empire and have offered to show our beautiful deck to prospective clients. Thank-you Christine & Ted

Empire Deck and Fence was a pleasure to deal with. The fence is beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. From contacting the company to completion of the project was extremely quick. Once work began, the team was very efficient and took even less time than expected while doing a quality job. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

This job involved the construction of multiple fences between neighbours. Hayden responded quickly with a quote. HIs crew, led by John, worked hard over three days on the construction of the fences, dealing with each neighbour as required. The end result was very satisfactory. Hayden produced individual bills for each neighbour. Thank you..I am very pleased with Empire, their employees and their work ethic.

I was very pleased with this company- they were very fast , efficient and professional-They contacted me and gave me the approx starting time. They showed up on time , did the job very quick with no mess left behind and followed up to see if I was plased- highly recommended !

Jason and Andrew were a very hard working and obliging team that did a fantastic job on our deck. From the point of initial contact, obtaining an estimate, finalizing the design, ordering materials and executing over 3 days, the company were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbours.

Was very happy with first project. Tried to delete this review after second, but can't find a way to delete. Second project was completed, then redone to meet contract (mostly). Too much haste and lack of clear communication. First project had independent project manager and this may have made the difference.

Empire was very helpful to me with coming up with the right design to fit my needs and space. The work was done on time and is the envy of my street. The tradesman were very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.
