Empire Deck & Interlock

We found our experience with Empire Deck and Interlock to be very professional - from the contract and final project plans in the Fall to the installation of our deck and patio in early May, which was completed, for the most part in about 3 weeks. The progress billing during each stage of the project worked very well for us. We were very impressed with the employees, who were pleasant, prompt, tidy and very respectful of us and our property. This project was a major demolition of our improperly built deck when our home was built by a different company. Empire removed the deficient deck and built a new one to code. As all projects go there are minor hiccups here and there but at the end of the day, the way things were handled were amazing. Constant communication and professionalism prevailed. Our front entrance project was such a success (interlock, steps & curbing). Great people to work with. Made sure we were sorted out with a challenging landscape.

Work consistent of 3 outside decks, 2 at a second story level, a large outside staircase, and a handicap ramp.

I had to postpone the work several times due to home construction, and Empire Decks were understanding and accepted the delays. Once a start date confirmed, they arrived on time and worked consistently until the large project was completed. They were professional, polite, informative when need be, and the workmanship was outstanding.

Working with John as the project manager, Tyson as the on-site supervisor and engineer and Ali was a real pleasure, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
