Chris was AMAZING!! Over the phone I told him that my dryer, fridge and dishwasher were not working properly. After securing the part we needed we booked an appointment. He fixed the dryer, however the dishwasher and fridge were not worth the trouble. He spent at least a half hour on these appliances and did not charge me a penny when he should have. He told me he could fix it (needed new parts but explained that the parts and labor would cost the same as a new appliance). I have seen many, many repairmen come and go in my fifty something years, but I have never been so impressed with someone as I was with Chris. He is polite, clean and passionate about his business. He really goes the extra mile!!!! I would highly, highly recommend him!!!!!!!!
