We had a leak from the shower upstairs damaging the kitchen ceiling. The scheduling was a breeze - we called and got an appointment for the next day and Jeff arrived just before the appointment window. Jeff was super friendly, professional, efficient and very customer focused. He is genuinely a very caring guy. He explained each step as he was investigating for the source of the leak and I learned a lot from him. He was incredibly tidy and meticulous - he even swept and wiped the kitchen floor after the repair! I have already told a few friends about this so very positive experience and would definitely recommend The Great Plumbing Co to anyone needing plumbing services.
