Nearing the end of our kitchen renovation project when our general contractor left us in the lurch after the countertops were installed. I had to find a plumber to connect our new sink, faucet & dishwasher to the roughed-in plumbing. On The Great Plumbing Co. wesite, I booked an appointment for inspection/quote - for that "house call" there was a $50 fee that could be applied to service if I decided to proceed.
Jeff arrived on time - early in the promised 1-hour window - he even called when he was about 20 minutes away to let me know when he would arrive. The truck was clearly marked with the company logo & he wore a coverall uniform. Very professional look - it inspires confidence. He assessed the work to be done - asked questions for clarity - then explained what work he would need to do - and showed me his brochure with pre-set job / service level prices. This was reassuring, as I knew he wasn't making up prices as he went along or pulling numbers out of the air. He he wrote up a detailed contract/work order & calculated the totals, and then I initialed each item that I agreed to (all of them!). He finished the work quickly and neatly. He tested everything & cleaned up the workspace. He showed me how to use the Delta H2O Touch Faucet & the Delta Touch Soap Dispenser (& how to refill it). Secure payment on his tablet was easy. It's been a month since the work was done - everything has been working beautifully - no problems at all. Thank you Jeff!
