Jeff replaced the cartridge for a leaky bathtub faucet and fixed the water pressure for the shower head. Booked him through an online system the day before - he showed up 10 minutes early and finished the work within 2 hours, which was very convenient.

Two pipes burst causing a flood in an old Toronto home. The Great Plumbing Co. was easy to contact and stayed in text communication as to their arrival time. Quote was made quickly and the repair job started right away, fixed within a few hours plus some extra plumbing repairs that were needed by our request. All items were discussed in detail and Jeff gave valuable advice concerning insurance claims for our job. The great plumbing work aside, Jeff is personable, patient and understanding. The homeowner has Alzheimer's and was very stressed by the damage caused by the flood and the repairs needed. Jeff took the time to reassure him and listen to him with utmost kindness and understanding, not minding interruptions to his work and oft repeated questions. I recommend the Great Plumbing Co. very highly.

Jeff made some really good suggestions regarding insulating the kitchen so that this kind of freezing
(frozen and split coupling) doesn’t happen again. I would use Jeff/Great Plumbing Co again if I ever have any more plumbing issues

Had a leak coming through the dinning room ceiling. Two toilets are back to back upstairs, one in the main bathroom and one in the master bathroom and the wall separating them. Since both are so close together it was hard to differentiate which one was the leaking toilet.

Called the great plumbing Co and booked and appointment. Jeff arrived early morning the next day. Not bad at all considering I called new years day and it was short notice being the busy time a year on the holidays.

Didn't take him long at all to figure out which one was leaking. The toielt I thought was the leaking one wasnt. He sharred a little knowledge of how to diagnose which it was with a few tricks that may seem simple after he shows you but I definetly learned a thing or two from him in the process.
