Jeff did a great job. He re and re an ancient toilet for me. He showed up on time. Jeff is very knowledgeable with respect to plumbing issues and offered different options. He cleaned up all garbage and ensured that I was satisfied. His workmanship was very professional. I would recommend this company.

Jeff was able to immediately diagnose the problem with my shower and tell me what was required to fix it. He gave me a clear estimate up front so there were no surprises. He had to make two visits (while I waited for the manufacturer to get a backordered part to me), and both times it was a great experience having Jeff in my home. He clearly knows what he is doing. He's a perfectionist, and cares not only that he does good work, but that it looks good too. I felt totally comfortable with him in my home: he treated me and my home with respect.

Nearing the end of our kitchen renovation project when our general contractor left us in the lurch after the countertops were installed. I had to find a plumber to connect our new sink, faucet & dishwasher to the roughed-in plumbing. On The Great Plumbing Co. wesite, I booked an appointment for inspection/quote - for that "house call" there was a $50 fee that could be applied to service if I decided to proceed.
Jeff arrived on time - early in the promised 1-hour window - he even called when he was about 20 minutes away to let me know when he would arrive. The truck was clearly marked with the company logo & he wore a coverall uniform. Very professional look - it inspires confidence. He assessed the work to be done - asked questions for clarity - then explained what work he would need to do - and showed me his brochure with pre-set job / service level prices. This was reassuring, as I knew he wasn't making up prices as he went along or pulling numbers out of the air. He he wrote up a detailed contract/work order & calculated the totals, and then I initialed each item that I agreed to (all of them!). He finished the work quickly and neatly. He tested everything & cleaned up the workspace. He showed me how to use the Delta H2O Touch Faucet & the Delta Touch Soap Dispenser (& how to refill it). Secure payment on his tablet was easy. It's been a month since the work was done - everything has been working beautifully - no problems at all. Thank you Jeff!

The Great Plumbing Co. has an excellent procedure of texting to confirm that Jeff was on route for the appointment. Jeff explained my options and replaced the drain piping under my kitchen sink. I am absolutely impressed by the professional and personable approach of the company and Jeff to replace the drains under my kitchen sink. It was Easter weekend and I heard the sound of water in the next room. When I went in to see why, water was pouring from the ceiling in multiple spots. After stopping the water, I looked through the vent in the ceiling and saw a large hole in the drainage pipe. It was around midnight and I immediately started calling plumbers listed on Homestars. The Great Plumbing Co was one of the few to answer at that time of the night and scheduled someone to come by first thing in the morning. Jeff arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the situation. He told me he had to go to another job first but would stop by right after to fix my corroded pipe. He explained what had to be done in order to do the job properly and came back to do the work in a timely manner. He also mentioned to me that my washer wasn't vented properly and explained to me a solution to this. I decided to have him fix this as well since he had the time to do it right then. It wasn't long before he completed the second job and was ready to go. I would definitely recommend him to others as he knows his stuff and does the work cleanly and quickly. Thanks Jeff!
