Plugged toilet(Air Snake)/Reseal of Flange
It is with great surprise I see this review and I shall respond truthfully. Having an issue with pricing when you had been informed upfront and to the penny prior to any work commencing is simply not fair. As adults we make decisions and subsequent to much discussion and explanation you had made the decision for the work to proceed. As a matter of fact the options provided to you saved you considerably cost, and this was explained upfront to both husband and wife prior to any work performed. Everything was clear and in writing for you the customer to make an informed decision. You had every opportunity to say no thanks and seek help elsewhere. But both you and your husband or wife made the decision for the work to be performed. We require an authorizing signature prior to any work performed. We also require a signature indicating your were happy with the work after completion.
Finally a third signature is required with respect to payment. Every opportunity was afforded to you at the time of the visit on Jan 4, almost a week ago for you to
address your concerns. Unfortunately you have decided this is the best course of action and venue for you. You were treated with respect, honesty and with transparency, there were no surprises. Our reviews speak volume's as to how we provide service, nice guy included.
Finally and to be clear, Our scheduling system indicates a total of 2 hours and 59 minutes were spent addressing and repairing your plumbing issue. Again thank you for your review but I'm afraid it is far from accurate.
